An encouragement from Nancy

Hi everyone

Happy new year to you all!  I hope you are keeping well wherever you are in the world.  Here in the UK we are in another lockdown and in these dark and cold winter months that can be really hard and difficult for us all, I want to encourage you to hold onto God at this time for he is our sure and certain hope, even when things can seem really tough.  My prayer for you all at this time is that you wouldn’t just have a glimmer of hope, but that your hope would burst within you as it says in Romans 12:12 (TPT):

“Let this hope burst forth within you, releasing a continual joy. Don’t give up in a time of trouble, but commune with God at all times.”

During this time of trouble not only in our nation but also in our world, let’s continue to keep diving deeper into God and letting his hope burst through in us.  Without hope we will die and so it is important for us all to see overflowing hope in us all (Romans 15:13) and therefore, because of this, I recorded a series of 10 short talks on Hope to encourage you, but also that you can share with friends, neighbours and churches so do click on the link below to watch these and as you listen, allow hope to be stirred within you.  Also at the start of February,  I am holding a Spiritual Health Breakthrough evening online and you are invited – if you can’t join us live on the night you can still sign up and receive the session to watch at a future suitable time – I know a number of people have said it has been a lifeline for them during 2020.  My prayer is that this session will continue to be a huge support to you and that it will help bring God’s hope, life and peace to many at this time.  This will be the last Spiritual Health Breakthrough as we move into doing something different yet still supportive during 2021, so do join with us one last time.

Finally, I don’t know about you but I am finding I need things to look forward to at this time – whether it be when I next get to see my family or friends, or perhaps a relaxing holiday.  Ladies, can I suggest you book yourself into the Spiritual Health Weekend in 2022 and have it as something really special to look forward to.  More details are below.  If you are struggling financially at the moment due to the current situation, we do have bursary funding available, so do contact us if that applies to you – we don’t want anyone to miss out!  This could be the last Spiritual Health Weekend in its present form and it is also the 25th anniversary of holding these very special weekends – so do join us if you can.

Let’s keep our eyes on Jesus and our focus on him and if we can pray for you or help you in any other way in these times, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

With much love, your friend,

Nancy x
